SAMSARA GREETING CARD COLLECTION NOW RELEASED!

An impassioned approach to exploring the mysteries and sensations of Asia is reflected in the newly released Samsara Collection.

Giovanna Aryafara, founder of Samsara Furniture & Homewares, brings the receiver of her greeting cards on an adventure through her striking photography.  The collection comprises of a range of imagery that expresses the flavours of her travels such as a shaded Nepalese man grooving to his walkman in front of ancient stone walls, or an almost toothless, yet gleeful smile of an elderly Indian woman dressed in colourful traditional attire.

Giovanna’s travels began when she started Samsara, in 1994, because of her dreams of owning her own business importing and retailing furniture and homewares. Over these years, Giovanna has built a brand that is now an award-winning leader in Asian furniture importing and retailing.

The Gold Coast resident and business owner has taken a stand in second and third world country issues such as cottage industry development and sustainable industry in communities. In her travels to source her range of products, she has amassed a wonderful collection of photographic images that expresses her passion for the villages and communities in which she works.

With the release of the Samsara Collection in February 2008, Australians can share her journeys through one of 32 newly released greeting cards, along with an additional 28 greeting cards that will be released in July. In conjunction with Spirit Publishing, these cards will be available soon in retail stores nation-wide.
